Terminal, files, and SSH

Get a live shell on your Genie server, browse its files, or connect over SSH — your work persists across sessions.

In Pro mode your Genie server is a real machine you can reach directly — through the terminal, the file browser, and optionally SSH.

Terminal

Open the terminal panel for a live shell on your server — run commands, start dev servers, and work hands-on alongside what your Genie is doing in chat.

Files

Use the Files view to browse what your Genie has created or changed and to find your work between sessions.

SSH

Prefer your own terminal? Enable SSH access from Settings → Server to connect directly. (Your server's public address can change when it restarts, so re-check it if a connection drops.)

Because the server is persistent, your files, installed tools, and state are still there when you return.
